This pawn shop is amazing. Good prices on guns and other products. Donavan and Edward and their co workers were very professional friendly and very knowledgeable on the products. I highly recommend coming to this shop. Good vibes only.

I do allot of business in various pawnshops and this place is by far the most unprofessional establishment and the most rudest people I've ever dealt with. I would never recommend this pawn shop to anyone. Go elsewhere. Don't waist your time here

Worst pawn shop in town! My fiancee bought me a ring put in in layaway and then decided later on the same day he wanted to pay it off they would not let me! They made me wait for 24 hrs! It was not a cheap ring either!

Unprofessional & rude management (in my opinion) with my early payoff layaway purchase here today! DEFINITELY TRIPPLE CHECK WHAT YOU'RE BUYING ESPECIALLY FOR LAYAWAY TOOLS WITH CHARGERS AND BE 100% YOU'RE BUYING THE ORIGINAL ITEMS YOU WANTED! Did a layaway at this location and my first payment was not even due yet and I bought it off early luckily as I set the product in my car I noticed it had an incompatible battery and charger with it the management had a little baby cow right there in the middle of the floor because it was so close to closing and I luckily got my money refunded but was shot down on getting a discount without the charger and battery that aren't compatible and are not the ones that I believe were originally assigned with it. I was repeatedly told this is the correct charger and battery however my air compressor cordless Ryobi One Plus says exactly 488 or greater is what is required to power the compressor and the charger and battery will the battery says 1.348 8 so I understand it could be that that's how they bought this but it is not how it will run properly

In my opinion this is hands down the best pawn shop in Temple, TX. They give the best amounts on loans, don't accept junk, and don't try to rob you when you make a purchase. They also stand behind all products they sell. I have tried all of the pawn shops in Temple, but have shopped at this one for years. Great staff as well.

Would of gave no stars but can't. Bought a Xbox one s 2 weeks ago. It stop working try to take back, was told I bought the Xbox last month and a few days and I didn't buy the piece of mind insurance but I gave the cashier my name and number. They told me (she was just putting me in the system) but I been going there for about 2yrs to this location. I have bought stuff, pawned items and put items in layway so shouldn't I been already be in the system. Never will be back and I definitely will let everyone one I meet know to never do business with this place and I'm in sales and services I meet Hundreds of people a day I will make sure the word get out about this shady company.

The staff is very helpful, I was able to purchase both a SmartTV and PS4 with VERY reasonable pricing. 10/10 recommend for all your buying and selling needs!
