Family Pawn Sunset

Este lugar es absolutamente terrible. Solo he estado allí dos veces y cada vez me han recibido con hostilidad y una actitud muy mala. No sé qué problema tienen estos personas pero si quieren algún tipo de negocio necesitan trabajar en su servicio al cliente por seguro. Solo les doy una estrella porque es mi única opción. Vayan a Cedar Post, son mucho mejores, mucho más profesionales y no utilizan tácticas de negocios dudosas. También no crean nada que diga su letrero en la ventana, es publicidad engañosa y mentiras.This place is absolutely terrible I have only been in there twice and each time greeted with hostility and major attitude. I don't know what these people's problem is but if they want any kind of business they need to work on their customer service for sure I'm only giving one star because that's my only option. Go to Cedar Post they are way better way more professional and they don't use Shady business tactics. If I could give lower than one star I would, came in here once with a microwave and instead of just telling us to go home and clean it and bring it back he was incredibly rude and told us that the microwave looked like we had blown up a cat in it. It was doubly offensive (as I'm a loving cat owner) and his attitude was so rude and dismissive of potential customers and clientele it was just outrageous. We went to another pawn shop after cleaning the microwave and they bought it no problem and we describe our experience to that pawn shop and they said that they hear that that is a very common experience for that location.

I wouldn't bother pawning anything at this store. I felt discriminated against for being homeless. I was accused of trying to pawn a fake watch!! My white gold diamond gucci watch is insured and from LONDON. Thanks for nothing.

They cant even tell you what they are paying on gold. Asked him what is he paying on 14k. 50 percent? 70 percent? No answer.

Hands down the best pawn shop I've ever been too! They continue to get all mine and my families business
