Five stars to Pawn 1 on Division St! I live in the mountains and needed a snowblower quickly. I searched around, found Pawn 1's website, and made the trek to Spokane. I found exactly what I was looking for! On top of that, the store was clean, well organized, and the customer service was top notch. The employees there were friendly and took time to help me find what I needed. Special thanks to Matt who helped me test the snowblower and load it into my truck. This was a positive shopping experience and I would not hesitate purchasing from them again.

Lanee was great and very fun to work with! I don’t like the way other employees were talking to her in front of us but she handled it very well and again was very nice and helpful to my wife and I. The price she gave on my ring was also very fair and I appreciate that. Will definitely be back to work with her!

They’ve helped me through some rough times and I’m not meaning just money wise either. They definitely value their customers and always try to make our days a little better! Not only that they bond with you and make sure they get to know you. They actually listen to what you have to say and answer any questions you have to the best of their knowledge. Overall it’s a very comforting and friendly atmosphere 🩷 so yes 5 stars from me! I could go on n on bout my pawn one peeps but for now I’ll keep it short and sweet! Thank you for helping me through one of the hardest times of my life. Came in for the Black Friday deals and walked out with more than I expected to thanks to Matthew! The other staff were very friendly and funny as well. Matthew is a very personable guy and helped me with all my questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 🙂

Gavin welcomed me in the store 10 minutes before closing. He was helpful, professional, and he even called me Miss. The store was clean, bright, and shelves were stocked with lots of great deals. I found more than I went in for and had a good time talking with Skyler. Great staff, great store. And all in 10 minutes. Awesome!
