Fui la semana pasada y tuve la suerte de que me atendiera María. He ido a otras casas de empeño de la misma cadena y en ninguna me habían atendido con la calidez con que atienden aquí. Mi esposo compró herramienta, yo compré unas piezas preciosas de joyería y todo quedó a un súper precio. Se ve que la especialidad de María es la joyería porque nos hizo muy buenas sugerencias y nos mostraba todas las piezas que quisiéramos ver. Su atención fue excelente. ¡Muchas gracias, María! Eres la mejor.

We were in the area and decided to stop. From the moment we walked in we were greeted, everyone was nice. They had a nice selection. Maria ended up helping me and she was super helpful and patient. Great customer service. Got myself a nice watch for a great price.

Management pay attention here. I came to your shop at end of day in need of 1000 dollars. I was looking to pawn all of these items, storage included, and a pistol for 1k. I had to borderline beg for an appraisal, and from the first item being appraised your employee made it clear that they had no interest in appraising these items. At that point I kindly asked if I should return tomorrow because it was late and I understand that. The employee then said no let’s get you a quote and started with the first item. The Gearwrench 120xp 1/2 digi tourque wrench pictured and stated, and I quote, "This item is $60 dollars brand new on eBay." I immediately responded by saying I am no longer interested in having your store give me a legitimate appraisal, thanks. Do you mind if I browse your store while all my stuff is in the corner here? She told me no that I need to pack all my things up immediately and that the store is closing soon. I’m just a blue collar worker looking to catch up on my mortgage, and every single item would have come out of pawn. I hate to admit it, but I personally feel like your store has kicked me while I’m down, and I want the management to understand that this was a disrespectful exchange, even after I offered to come at another time. What a nice surprise when I walked in and found what looked like a small retail store. They have a large variety with great prices I went looking for a guitar and the two very friendly and smiling employee's Mario and Summer helped me find just was I was looking for. They continued to make it a great experience and provide excellent service throughout my visit.

They made everything so easy, and even made me feel better when I was visibly upset about having to sell some things. Im so sorry I didn't get names, but the blonde woman behind the counter was so incredibly friendly and awesome. So was the man, everyone was. Will definitely be returning!!

I’ve been to 100’s if not thousands of pawn shops. And I can without a doubt say that, MARIO is hands down the best employee. Not only does he greet every single person who walks through the door, but he is so kind and friendly and even shares his thoughts and opinions on select brands. By far best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I had an overall decent experience at this pawn shop. Kyle was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the process smooth and easy. However, I found my interaction with Maria to be less pleasant. She seemed a bit unapproachable and could improve on her customer service skills. Overall, if you visit, I'd recommend working with Kyle for a more positive experience.
