I like going to this location because I always find something random at a good price! Especially jewelry and electronics. The staff is always attentive and the manager is nice. I highly recommend !

Love this store. Employees are excellent in helping find what your looking for. Fair and great prices on everything I've purchased from them. Have gotten 2 higher priced electronics, excellent shape, great pricing, perfect no hassle 24 hr return policy. Clean store! Will be going back for sure!!!

Came in to the Harry Wurzbach and Rittiman location and was assisted very professionally and attentively by Patrick and the Shop Manager. Highly recommend this EZ Pawn to anyone that needs assistance with pawning and getting a loan. The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient. I will most definitely come back.

Very rude staff. Melissa was not helpful at all. Ignored me while I was in the store. Didn't ask if I needed anything and when I finally spoke up she had an attitude like I was bothering her.

I have to give a huge shout out to Chris at this location... from the time I called to the time I went in there and purchased my first item from them nothing but professionalism and incredibly helpful and accommodating. So many other adjectives. I could use, but it would take me all day to write this review. The store manager came forward and he was so nice as well. They helped me with several items. I don't normally shop at stores like this, but I have to say the experience was one that I will be back and I hope others will make an exception and if there's something you're looking for and you want to save money, I can tell you right now the first place you should call are these people. I've had 2 great experiences at 2 different locations within a month

Jess did great with buying some scrap jewelry I took in to the shop. Give her a raise. The store looks very clean as well!
