Overpriced. Has prices higher than brand new for used things. Example Epiphone SG Muse brand new price same finish is $399 free shipping. This place used has one that was marked at $500 and then $400. Still more than new and doesn’t have warranty. Switch games are $35 when they are $19 free shipping online. Has an abundance of all kinds of items like long boards or skis or whatever because the prices are rip offs.

I like to let businesses know if I really like them or if I dont. You know what tells me alot about you as a person? The way you respond to criticism. I didnt personally attack you I just said the ps2 games were completely overpriced and there are much more reasonably priced places to go. Also, I never said anything about Amazon. Hope your day gets better. Sometimes I like to go in the store just to see what they have. I can’t say I have ever actually bought something from this store, although some things look reasonably priced. However, I have recently gotten into collecting older video game stuff (ps2 games) and I went in and saw they had a couple but was astonished by how much they were charging for some games. $80 for a Metallica guitar hero game? That’s crazy!! I went to the antique mall in Springville and bought Guitar Hero 3 for $14.99 and then there is a retro game store in the Provo mall that I bought guitar hero 80’s rock for $14.99……. Probably won’t ever buy anything here unless I really do my research but $80 is a rip off for that game. Better off going to another store or even eBay for better deals on stuff like that.

The owner Reed is a very genuine and fair guy, helped me make sure my laptop was working before I left when I had issues before with a previous one before. He's a friend if you treat him like one!

The dude that runs this place isn’t has the worst customer service ever. Your at pawn shop h to buy things you expect to haggle with them a little bit over the price. Nope soon as I said I don’t think they are worth that price, he instantly starts to belittle me and tell me he has only been doing this for however many years he’s done this, but I know better then he does. No we aren’t all as smart as you but i do now how to use Kelly blue bicycles amd they have the Gary fisher at under 500. so I’m sure they now better then you ask well I’m guessing.

I went in to buy a video game controller and before buying it I was reassured it worked. I tried using it when I got home and the joystick did not work, so I left negative feedback on Square with a message: "The controller I bought doesn't work, can I bring it back?" The response I received was not an answer to my question but I received: "Why would you leave negative feedback without contacting me first? Do you think that makes me want to help you now?" This is horrible customer service. This was me contacting him. Any respectable establishment would have responded trying to see if they could make things better, instead, I got a very snide remark: "Do you think that makes me want to help you now?" Provo Pawn has a very long way to go as far as customer service. It seems they have been around for quite some time and I would thing they would know better. Needless to say I responded to their remark with a message: "I suppose it doesn't, but it was an honest question I thought that was a good way of contacting you." and it has been over three weeks with no response. Fui aquí a conseguir un alicato y llaves. El tipo nos explicó todas las opciones, incluso trató de vendernos la más barata porque sabía que era todo lo que necesitábamos. The guy talked us through all the options, even tried to sell us the cheapest one because he knew that's all we needed. The compressor didn't have the right fitting, so he went back and stole one off of another compressor and put it on for us.
