I did a loan through super pawn and I talked to the manager Tony and explain to him I was doing this to avoid a small late fee and he did not disclose to me that if I paid the money back one day later they wouldn't reduce the amount owed they still charge me $60 for a 24-hour loan When my late fee would have only been $30. Do not trust these people they will do anything to scam you their merchandise is almost at retail price even if it looks very abused

I've been dealing with these guys for years. Always great service. Sometimes it's busy so you have a good wait time. But good service means there is going to be customer's. I typically just pawn there and pay jewelry but all there stuff is great and for great prices to.

Had a layaway of 2 guns when I went over to make a payment they said my guns were on layaway for someone else becouse I defaulted not true I made a payment have the receipts to prove it so they kept my $$ and would let me make my payment basically stole my money im a long time customer if they dont make it right im done with this company hard to believe they would do that afther 10 years of business I've done with them over 25 guns I purchased there.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!! (STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!) Please stay away from this awful, lazy staffed, dirty and unprofessional pawn shop. They sale broken items, they lie to your face and when you check them on it all they say is "I'm sorry" like a lost child with no direction. They also went into my Playstation5 messed up my settings, logged me out and reset it for no reason. And again for that all they said was "sorry we cant do anything". So if you care for your items and your time please stay far away from here. These folks are HORRIBLE. But Hey, there is one thing there good at and that's lying and lowballing.

Juan is great, but Michael was really awful in providing customer service. I am a recurring customer and neither that made him change the way he was handling his attitude. Tossing already paid fine jewerly and not caring about it really tells me the customer service he is showing his employeesas an assistant manager. Spoke to Angel Manager and hopefully he makes some upgrades in terms of customer service, will update rating as I continue to experience better customer service at this location.

A miserable store... Customer service is taboo and false advertising is common place. I went in today and saw in their clearance endcap a few Ryobi power-tools; some with, some without battery. I found a Drill marked on its main sticker as 60$ with a secondary clearance sticker saying 'regular 60$ you pay 24$'. Battery in-tact. Now, all the larger Ryobi tools on the endcap had the same 60/24 dollar sticker, with an oscillating tool coming up as 24$. I brought up the drill and after a couple people looked at the screen there was a problem. Apparently the drill i wanted was a part of a SET of 3 tools which could not be separated; the drill, a skill saw and a circular saw. They couldn't locate the circular saw mind you and refused to sell me the drill for the price advertised. Because "Anyone could have put that sticker there, and moved the set apart." So on my way out I decided to indulge in the shitty store where they take no mind as to what they marked the price of items if their computer says otherwise and started repricing anything i could before i left. If you want a decent customer experience, stay away...

Absolutely horrible customer service, from the minute I walked in the door this short rude person of a thing yelled at me saying if it's not in a vehicle we don't take it. Well how do you take it if it is in a vehicle. It's not my fault you're store isn't equipped to test products. I will absolutely positively never go back to that store, either that person needs to quit or check their attitude at the door before you clock in.
