En esta tienda no atienden ala gente yo tarde una hora esperando para que me atendieran....y no me atendieron me tuve que ir a casa sin yebar lo que queria.....que mal por eso quizá tiene bonitas cosas y ni las venden porque no atienden a los clientes....

I had to come here because my late husband passed away 3 months ago and I had to wait to get his stuff out the pawn because I didn't have his death certificate which is fine another place my husband had his stuff at said the same thing and that was fine they honored the price of my husband and I was able to buy it back everything was smooth. This place I came on the day the contract ended and it was a Saturday since they weren't open on Sunday they said I had to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and all I had to my name was the amount they promised I could buy it back for but they told me because I didn't come Saturday the amount increased now it was only 40 more but loosing my husband has been hard financially and I really wanted his stuff out. They did not honor what they said and made me pay more even though I came at the time they opened on SATURDAY. Now once I came back they were a little nicer but I felt bad leaving that place and although I understand this is a business but I lost my husband and I would have appreciated a little bit of compassion. I paid what they wanted and I got my husband chain back so I do appreciate them selling it back to me because it could have been way more I just wish they honored what they told me.

To be honest, I like wasting time in here they never have really anything good but when they do, they don’t move on the pricing. I’ve tried to buy several things here before and they go off of new items. They don’t really care to make a sale like I already told the guy I have cash in hand he didn’t care. They also have music bumping so loud that their employees can’t even hear ended up practicing practically yelling at this one girl because they couldn’t hear me and they just stood around laughing if you’re gonna sell something don’t go here they’re just gonna rip you off. I’ve gone to a lot of other pawnshops and they’ve given me twice as much as what they would give me for it. I tried selling a gun in there. A really nice gun to get tried to give me 200 bucks for it went across the street. They gave me 350. Tried to sell some amplifiers for Car audio stuff same exact thing they only give me like 100 bucks for it went across the street to the other pawn shop. They gave me $300. I won’t sell anything to them and I’ve like I said I’ve tried buying stuff here, but they just don’t. They don’t care enough to make a sale so I’ll keep going in there from time to time, but I probably won’t ever buy anything from them

I went here the first time and had a decent experience, and the guy told me when I asked what they buy, and he said anything of value, and I said for real? And he said yes, it has to be sellable. I come in on a separate day, with multiple valuable items in really good condition that are sellable. A different guy said no, they are not buying what I brought in and to go somewhere else. There's a pawn shop across the street, walk there in the summer. I asked why would someone tell me what I was told and he said idk. THEY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING VALUABLE THEY LIE LIE LIE It's sad that thats how they get their customers, by lying to them.... I will never recommend this place to anyone, and Karma happens to anyone, even businesses.
