I am more than disappointed in this pawn shop. Had one of the worst experiences of my life today. I came in with three rings two of the three were real and the two that were real had real diamond in them as well 10k each ring and they tried to offer me $135 for both. I am very familiar with pricing on jewelry and I knew as a fact they were offering me way too little. To top it off they tried to keep one of the three rings and only returning 2 of them. Thankfully I realized it before I left their property. When asked about the ring they tried to play it off like oh yeah it’s still back here we didn’t notice. Right. I proceeded to go to another pawn shop and was offered $300 more than twice the amount first pawn offered. The employee was very rude when I called him out on that being a low offer then proceeded to tell me yeah well good luck finding someone else to offer more, as I was leaving. I do not and I repeat DO NOT recommend this pawn shop to anyone. Nothing but scammers and thieves.

Kassie is back! And she remembers me! She is extremely polite and helpful and patient with all my questions and even gave me a great deal. I will definitely be coming in, more often. The new store manager Sheena, has really turned the store around. The store looks great. Kayla and Anthony helped me out too. This NEW TEAM is amazing !!

I just bought a new gun and a gold chain from here. I got a great deal on both of my items and I couldn't be happier. Best part was I went in and expected to have to look and search but the employee helped me find something that suited me, and fast. Definitely coming back to do some more business in the future!

I searched for a new printer on offer up and found one that was new in the box for a fraction of the cost new. The guy who helped me was David G and he was so helpful and quick to get back to me. From the first inquiry to having picked up the printer was less than 45 mins. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend this place they have tons of great stuff. And at great prices. Don’t hesitate <3

Asked to see a few designer items and I asked the staff about the authenticity of these items. They said they could not verify authenticity, nor were they willing to accept the return of the item if I took it to the said item branded store for proof of authenticity. If they are not able or willing to verify authenticity of the items then why sell them? You’re a huge corporation and can’t afford to verify designer items? Ridiculous.
