I bought an item from this store for $40 on Saturday. The staff told me that if it did not work, I could return it. When I came back because the item was not working, they refused to take it back or exchange it. Instead, they offered to buy it back for only $5. The staff also behaved aggressively. I would recommend customers be very careful and check the return policy before purchasing anything here.They are trappers. They tarp you , I’m warning you. Be careful they are frauds.

When I came back because the item was not working, they completely refused to take it back or exchange it. Instead, they tried to offer me only $5 to buy it back, which is honestly insulting. On top of that, the staff became aggressive and unprofessional when I tried to explain the situation. This felt like a complete scam. They say one thing to get your money, then change the story once you come back. Customers should be extremely careful when dealing with this place. Double check their return policy and do not trust verbal promises from the staff. In my opinion, this business traps customers into bad purchases and then refuses to stand behind what they sell.

I had an excellent experience at this pawnshop. The staff were friendly and had fair prices for the items I sold. I would 100 percent recommend this place if you wanted to sell items like jewelry, rare collectibles, etc.
