Bought an engagement ring to propose and took forever for me to get her size without her knowing it. I finally was able to get it and was looking at rings and found the one. Price was good and the clerk there was nice. I paid for it and put in for sizing to 7 and a half. The ring was a 8 and a half, (which would mean removal of some material, gold, reconnect and polish). They told me a day to pick it up and I figured out my plans to pop the question. I go pickup my purchase and hide it till the weekend and I pop the question, go to put the ring on and too big. So I think, I messed up on sizing her finger. Take it to a local jeweler and they size her finger , 7 to 7 and a half. Now they size the ring, and it is a 10 and a half… WTH… How do they do that?? Update: Just got off of the phone with them and they sent me a credit for resizing cost and made it right. Which they did not have to do..

DO NOT PAWN HERE, they just ripped me off for a 10K Rolex!! I pawned here and called continuously bc I live almost 1 hour away. I spoke with the only 1 women who works here gave her my ticket number to check on the status of the loan 2 weeks ago she said I’m in good standing until feb 1st !!! I’ll make sure to put a note in the system! .. I came today to pay my interest THEY SOLD MY WATCH AND THEIR MAD AT ME SAYING IM LYING THAT I CALLED THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF IT!! I cried my eyes out in the store and the just stood there telling me it’s my fault and " SO I SAY I CALLED THERES NO PROOF " please stay away from here do not do any business

Tried to give me 55 dollars for an item that is worth and sells for at least 350. Rude, no English, saw them tried to sell somebody a ps5 for 450. I had to leave the store before the employee got beat up. DO NOT GO THEIR

Horrible place customer service is a zero they got 3-4 workers in there just looking at you for 40 minutes, I called and asked these dudes do they want to buy a car jump starter then I get there they tell me they don’t want it after driving 30 minutes out just to waste your time, don’t do business here go to a reliable pawn shop there’s many nearby

I came into get a pawn loan and they were so rude. He kept telling me they were closing in 30 minutes but what I was asking would not take 30 minutes. He kept arguing with me about when they're closing. Who cares if there is still time to do business. He just lost a customer I was going to buy things too! Just so rude.
