Los gringos de esta tienda son muy racistas, me sentí discriminado en la tienda, yo lleve una cadena de oro para comprobar que era oro y me dieron un trato muy malo y uno de los que atiende me dijo que me regresara a mi país que no debería estar aquí en USA. No recomiendo esta tienda!!!

I stood in the store for approx. 22 minutes without being acknowledge. One female representative was assisting the customer . The other female i realized was actually having a conversation that was not pertaining to her work, but personal. After the gentleman and the representative agreed to meet up he walked out of the store. Another customer walked in. The representative who was talking casually with gentleman who left , walked up to the customer who had just entered the store and started assisting him. I then stated" excuse me please I have been her for over 20 minuets waiting for service. " I will assist you next " she stated . She never made any facial contact with this writer. I simple walked out of the store. I found her actions disgraceful, as the services should be first come first serve. I have been a customer at this store for many years, I would never return to this store again. I will continue to share my negative experience.

NEVER GO HERE!!! I purchased a $45 game at game stop that was the wrong console but game stop would not allow a return because it was opened. Took it here to see the price when this DISGUSTING RUDE boy of a man tells me I’m not old enough and claims my ID is fake and I am "playing games with him" he tells me "five bucks" and when I said that I have a question about the price he proceeded to call me a moron and won’t get far in life. He used much vulgar language but I won’t use that on here. I’m no where near upset about the price. I have never even walked into a pawn shop in my life and to be treated like a low life hoodlum who steals and sells just baffles me. But the costumer next to me had no issues selling guns without getting ID’d…

One star because I can’t put zero. Strictly due to the entitled grumpy old man behind the counter who thinks it’s OK to blow up at people and say disgusting things for absolutely no reason. It’s a shame because this used to be a decent establishment. So bad I would have contacted law enforcement if I thought it would do anything!

Called to get a quote on what they pay for silver bullion. MIND YOU ITS $77.19 an oz right now!!! The guy on the phone said we pay 2 dollars an oz. So that works out to 98% under spot. I swear to jesus i actually had to ask the guy several times becouse i couldnt believe it. Just call and ask them what they pay for silver they will tell you 2 dollars an oz. There loosing tons of money.
