MANTÉNGASE LEJOS. Estas personas son estafadores, compré un máquina de vacío para fundición que estaba en su tienda durante 2 años por $450. Yo la estaba utilizando para mi negocio de joyería en etapa de arranque. En ese momento todavía estaba esperando a que llegaran algunos otros equipos de Amazon, por lo que no utilicé la máquina de vacío que compré durante 2 semanas. Cuando conseguí ensamblar todas las piezas, intenté usarla y resulta que esta cosa es UN DUD (NO FUNCIONA). These people are crooks, I purchased a vacuum casting machine which was sitting in their store for 2 years for $450. I was using it for my startup jewelry business. at thr time I was still waiting for a few other piece of equipment to arrive from amazon so I did not use the Vacuum machine I purchased for 2 weeks. when I got all the pieces assembled I tried to use it and turns out this things a DUD (DOESNT WORK). Guy at the counter was extremely rude. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before he even addressed me. I asked for the manager and he replied that he was the manager. I asked him where his badge was and he had no answer. It Seemed as though I bothered him because I was asking him questions about a product I wanted. When I asked him to negotiate the price he smartly replied this is not a flea market. I replied that I have been to many pawn shops some have been large chains and I’ve always negotiated my price. I was willing to pay cash on the spot but they will never get my money after this.

Called to ask for a product. The rep was very unprofessional and insulted me because I asked for price. After she tells me have a good day and hangs up. While I wanted to see if I may look into product. I couldn’t believe the service don’t shop here.

These people are liars, I purchased a CD player from them and ask if they can test it before I purchased it and they said they test everything before selling. Got home the CD player didn't play and they don't do refunds.

No estoy muy impresionado con estos comerciantes. Su tienda parece estar en desorden y su servicio al cliente está por debajo de lo razonable. Their store looks pretty upside down and their customer service is below fair. Its difficult to allocate items and the place itself does not look welcoming. They have a jewellery section however no one was there to help me. They must need staff because they lack the appropriate amount of people it takes to run such business. Excelente Servicio, he estado yendo a Diamond Pago durante los últimos 10 años. Te dan más tiempo siempre que les llames, no son como otros lugares que si llegas tarde te cobran más o te quitan tus cosas.Excellent Service, I've been going to Diamond Pawn for the past 10 years.
