They took care of it flawlessly in less than five minutes. For free. Super friendly, efficient, generous with time and prices, and with a great sense of aesthetics - what's not to like? If you're in Spanish Harlem or the UES and need anything related to jewelry, this spot is worth a stop.

Great Customer Service! They provided me with a perfect lesson on what jewelry I can get clean and what materials are not worth it. I had engraving services completed by this location. I always take my watch for battery and wristband changing. I have purchased jewelry as well.
