I have visited this shop several times. Its a small shop, clean and the staff is friendly and very professional. I have watch and listen to how they interact with customers. They also test the "USED "merchandise before you purchase it. They also ask would you like to purchase a warranty for 15 days or 30 days. The owner he is always professional and solve the customers issue. He order my authentic Louis Vuitton bag with no issues and paid for the shipping. They tell u up front. I’ve had the pleasure of being waited on by Judy Woodard several times and each time was an enjoyable experience. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure you fully know about the product that you’re buying and stay with you until you’re completely satisfied and or the purchase is made. Her friendliness make you feel amongst friends or at home. I would like to commend her on her Impeccable customer service. Thanks and I wish we had more people like her. It was a pleasure doing business with her and I will be back.
