Do not go there to have your watch battery replaced because they cannot do that right at all. They destroyed my watch in the process and the owner Miguel refuses to fix or pay for the damages at all. Very poor management and ownership.

I couldn’t pawn my PS5 and a game because I already pawned the controller.. they just looked at me like I was crazy…took my PS5 to Mikes pawn and they gave a deal.. now I’m about to pick up my controller and never going back there. Terrible customer service.

Coolest crew I’ve ever met , I’ve never left their shop without being satisfied and helped to fulfill all my needs. They’re very respectful & put their customers first no matter the situation. Experience 10/10 no doubt about it!!

Never had a problem.They loan money to me.Even... what I have, is not of value.But.... if they know I'll come back and get it.They will try to give the bigger offer.They"ll call me.Say hey,(your stuff here.)Let me know ....They alright...The short Hispanic cool guy he wants your service.The heavy set guy he's cool.Bright girl always cool.She know all her customers by name.New girl mix she's cool warm addition to the place.Its a neighbor hood pawn.What mo do you want

Yeah they will loan out money no issues. However they will use your equipment I guess shame on me for getting in a tight spot and having to borrow. Lawnmower was there for 2 months cleaned and half gas tank when dropped off picked up today no gas in tank and fresh yard trimmings. I’d rather leave the post instead of calling and being lied to
