I recently visited Pawn Depot and I had a very pleasant experience. The manager, Brett, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my visit and in the future, the pawn Depot will be the place I do my business with. I highly recommend the Pawn Depot for their professionalism and friendliness.

Customer service from the moment I walked in the door was excellent. I came in to sell 2 loose lab grown diamonds, they didn’t low ball me and they offered me a fair price for both of them. I will be back here to deal with them again if I have anything I need to let go of. Vernon was very knowledgeable and explained the process of selling something to them as I’ve never sold something to a pawn shop before. Thank you for the excellent customer service and making selling my diamonds easy!
