My first pawn shop experience was excellent. John and Jason took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, and I appreciated their transparency with the offer on my guitar. I will absolutely be returning—it’s reassuring to have a trusted place where items I no longer need can find a new home.

Went in to sell a wedding ring set and John was the perfect person to greet me. Very thankful for his wisdom and kind nature. If I am to sell again I’ll be going to this location! Thanks John 🙂

John and Jason were awesome. They helped me out tremendously as I needed money to make it till pay day Friday. I asked for 30 and they got me 60 bucks. Im very thankful for them. I highly recommend coming to pawn1st. Thank you John and Jason.

I’ve survived my fair share of pawn shop adventures, but this place? Absolute legendary status!!! We walked in hauling a like new electric generator, ready to settle for a quick $600 just to keep the lights on. Now, most places would’ve jumped at that deal faster than a cat on a laser pointer. But the gentleman behind the counter actually had the audacity to be... honest. He straight-up told us it was worth way more than our asking price. We stuck to our original number since we’ll be back for it soon, but that level of integrity is rarer than a shiny Charizard. They’ve officially earned a customer for life—and I’ll be shouting their praises to anyone who’ll listen!

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life when it comes to pawn shops. John and Jason are really helpful. 10/10 . Highly recommend coming here if you need anything

John and Joe here at the pawn shop were amazing! Definitely come in because they’re doing layaway on everything basically and it’s definitely worth coming in and checking out the stuff that they have!
