Very disappointed in their customer service. Had an item on layaway and was late on the last payment because life got in the way. Too bad, so sad! They sold the item and are keeping my $200. No phone call, no contact at all. They did offer to give me a discount on another item, but none of what I'd already paid to them coukd be used. I should have known better than to try and buy from a pawn shop.

I used to come in here all the time and it does appear to be some different faces, but today everyone got suspiciously quiet as I picked up a crestron soundbar. I didn’t think anything of it, and it was missing a power cord and it’s not Bluetooth compatible but it was exactly what I needed for a subwoofer I have at home. Fast forward to home, the thing does not turn on at all. I believe they knew and marked it down because of how strangely quiet they got. The pawn shop is always a gamble, but I will probably take my business elsewhere from now on.

Stopped in, looking for as 12mm wrench.... they had one! When I went to purchase it, the female employee said it was free, as long as I posted a favorable review... Done! And thank you!!

Called to inquire about cameras at 6:45 pm, Lady who picked up the phone was so rude and didn’t even want to check and see if the camera I wanted was in stock. I live so far from Mansfield so it’s not easy for me to drive all the way over there. Especially if the camera I want isn’t even there. I normally love cash plus pawn but she ruined it for me.

Went into Cash Plus this evening. They were very friendly and helpful. I will be back.
