I absolutely love this love this place !! the staff are always so helpful , and the store is clean and in order. I have gone in to buy fire arms and Rob helped me find the perfect one's for me ,and even got safety and use instructions . They will forever have my loyal business.

Been in this store several times. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store owner is Super Nice, and takes his time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. Highly recommend.

Great place! The staff are very professional and it’s a warm welcome when you walk in. I can’t thank them enough for everything they do. I always enjoy goin in there. The owner and staff have become great friends to me. Great prices on guns and other items. This is an easy 5 star! Knowledge is everything and they have it! I encourage anyone to stop in and shop, pawn or purchase from this lovely establishment.

The service here is always great. I've been here three times and each time I leave happy. My ring is stunning and always gets compliments. All of the employees here are friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond with customer service. I feel comfortable there and never pressured or rushed. They offered to spend some time helping me make a educated choice when choosing my next firearm. I will definitely be back.

horrible experience with Robert. go here if you want to be yelled at by middle aged men over any amount of question!! went in browsing for a new sports gun for the range and i inquire nicely for a gun he had there on the rack and he told me when he handed me they actually underpriced it and that when I left they were going to change the price. I said how convenient it’s probably just a sales tactic. and he called me inexperienced since I didn’t know the brands, and I stood my ground respectfully and professionally telling him I’m not the one owning the gun shop and that I didn’t have the years of wisdom and experience that The veteran did. so he then proceeded to raise his voice to tell me that we will not sell to me and to leave his store. Since i told him to stop raising his voice at me. horrible interaction, I ended up with feelings hurt, and that man lost a good sale. on the bright side. it’s Texas, get a gun or anything for that matter anywhere else!

Have dealt with this shop twice now. Just called them to ask about something I wanted to bring up. He gave me the straight up skinny and while he couldn’t help me with this item, the interaction was so positive I thought to share it here. What impressed me was his honesty and thoughtful consideration. Moreover, he gave me excellent alternatives that actually worked out. 10/10 would recommend choosing Ace as a selling/buying partner.

Ace pawn is an amazing place to do business .Rob and Hosea are always so pleasant and very helpful they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a great one .I appreciate their kindness I was nervous at first but they made me feel like family.. Rob took the time with me to explain everything and I left the store feeling confident that I was getting a fair deal. Rob goes above and beyond to show great customer service and that’s so rare these days. This will always be the shop that I do business with and will tell all of my friends and family to do the same.
