Was disappointed on this store today went to the store in Plainview to make payments on my loans well when I got there after work my loan was not coming up from here so I had call the store and apparently the had drop my loan so I ask why she said I was behind 6 days and that after 4 they will drop it I said well I have past 4 days a couple times but they never drop it besides I never got a call from the store for the warning so then they told me I am able to keep my item that they reactivate my loan if I go in the store I told them that I am not able to I live in Plainview but I’m at the store here in Plainview and I can pay it here they said no that I have to pay it over the phone and I have to pay for month I ask if I can pay a lil lower they said no it has to be a month if not I will lose my item so i ask to speak with the store manager and she wasn’t there so I felt I had no choice but to make two transactions
