I have had nothing but good experience dealing with Jeremy. I would love to give the store a better rating, but Jessie greatly diminished my experince with this location. Coming to the locked door he 1st stared at me, smiled, and then pointed at the sign saying the door was locked before finally letting me in. Afterwards when asking about the status of my pawn item he did not want to look in the computer and assist me in its location so I could make a payment if needed. His attitude was extremely arrogant, disrespectful, & highly unprofessional. We were almost about to have a major problem... but thankfully the new employee he was training scrolled up on the mouse & located my item while Jessie stood back away from the computer with a smug look on his face & a refusing posture. Prior to this there has also been other instances of laziness & incompetence with him. Not sure why they keep him around.

Y cuando intentas contactar a la empresa matriz para informar el problema, me dicen que la tienda es una ubicación de franquicia y que la empresa matriz no puede hacer nada al respecto y que no tienen ninguna forma de contactar al dueño de la franquicia o a nadie más para presentar cualquier tipo de queja. Así que eso es la razón por la que mi queja está siendo publicada aquí en Google.This place is full of a bunch of lazy people that don't want to do their jobs. I came to this location with the intention of buying a laptop for one of my loved ones only to see a sign on the door that says that the door is locked at certain times and that they'll open as soon as they can as there's an employee walking around inside the store doing absolutely nothing and looking right at me, and not acknowledging me in any way. And then proceeds to open the door for someone else as I walk away. They have certainly lost my business. 0/10 Do not recommend even to your worst enemy. And when you try to contact corporate to report the issue, they tell you that the store is a franchise location and that the parent company can't do anything about it and they don't have any way to contact the franchise owner or anyone else to file any sort of complaints. Brought in brand new roccat gaming headphones, a small but completely functional guitar Amp, and a full metal $110 Co2 powered bb Mauser pistol in good condition and got offered JUST $40 for ALL of it. What a ripoff.
