Fui allí a pagar mi factura y a recoger mis artículos. Pensé que aceptaban tarjetas de débito o que al menos tenían un cajero automático. Me gritó: "SÓLO EFECTIVO". Le digo: "Está bien, cálmate, no hay necesidad de gritar de manera tan agresiva". Me puso nervioso muy rápido y me apresuré a buscar un cajero automático para hacer este cambio y olvidé mi identificación. El tipo estaba tan enojado que lo evalué en sus habilidades de servicio al cliente y me mintió con una cara completamente seria para decir "no está aquí". Acababa de dejarlo. También me sobrecargaron al comprar un collar en la tienda. Me dijo que trajera mi recibo cuando vuelva si alguna vez necesito empeñarlo. Me encontré en dificultades económicas de nuevo y volví. Olvidé el recibo cuando fui, pero recordé el costo. El mismo hombre gruñón dijo que me equivocaba sobre cuánto pagué por él. Dijo que costaba $50 menos si lo compraba de él. Nunca volví. Las dificultades pasarán, pero la dureza permanece para siempre ⚫️ Admito que de los dos hombres que siempre están allí, uno es más amable que el otro y se asegura de que obtengas lo que realmente vale tu garantía.💯Went there to pay my bill and get my items bk. Thought they took debit or at least had a ATM. He screamed at me, CASH ONLY. I’m like ok, calm down, no need to yell very aggressively. It threw me off so fast I rushed off to find a ATM to get this exchange done and forgot my I.D. The guy was so angry I checked him on his customer service skills he lied with a straight face to say " its not here". I had JUST left it. I was also over charged buying a necklace from the shop. He told me to bring my receipt when I come bk if I needed to ever pawn it. I fell upon hard times again and went bk. I forgot the receipt when I went but remembered the cost. The same mean man said I was wrong about how much I paid for it. Said it was $50 less if bought from him. I never went back. Llevé mi pulsera de oro de 14KT allí, el hombre la prueba y me dice que no es oro, jmmm pero en la pulsera claramente dice 14KT.
