El dueño es amable, pero la venta fue muy decepcionante. Compré un DeWalt planer y solo probé que el motor se encendiera en la tienda. I bought a DeWalt planer and only tested that the motor turned on at the shop. When I later tried to use it, the wood would not feed at all. Upon inspection, I noticed the cover screws were loose and discovered that the belt and motor cover were missing. It seemed the planer had already been opened and the problem may have been known. Ended up I spent a half day to take the parts from my broken planer to fix it. I contacted the owner immediately, but after a day my messages were still unread. Horrible staff. Una señora negra (no sé su nombre) solo tenía cosas negativas que decirme. Yo fui amable y respetuoso, pero solo actitud y cero respeto. I was kind, and respectful, yet nothing but an attitude and zero respect. So many other wonderful pawn shops, this would be the last I would give my business! Keep driving. As an additional edit: I DID NOT park illegally and go to chick fila, that’s quite impossible to do as I ended up going through the drive thru line. Los dueños de este lugar fueron super basura conmigo. Llegué aquí temprano en la mañana y primero que nada ni siquiera estaban abiertos a la hora que supuestamente abren y tuve que esperar 1 hora a que llegaran. I came here early in the morning and first of all they werent even open at the hour that they are supposedly open and had to wait 1 hour for them to arrive. I waited at the front door and this huge dude gets in front of the door and starta interrogating me as if I was there to steal or something. I assume this was the owner since he pulled up in the back and entered the CLOSED store. Me pasé por esta tienda por primera vez para mirar guitarras. Steven, el dueño, fue super servicial. Me hizo preguntas sobre el tipo de guitarra que buscaba y me hizo algunas recomendaciones excelentes. Como no estaba totalmente seguro del estilo que quería, se ofreció a dejarme probar una en casa y traerla de vuelta si no me convencía. También me consiguió un gran trato en un paquete de guitarra y amplificador. Al final, decidí cambiar la guitarra por otra que él tenía disponible. Se mantuvo firme en su oferta de darme la guitarra que ahora estoy usando. ¡Estoy totalmente satisfecho con la compra y el excelente servicio! Su compañero de trabajo también fue muy cool al dejarme quedarme cuando volví la segunda vez para tocar (usando los tres acordes que sé). ¡Altamente recomiendo a estos chicos!I stopped in to this shop for the first time to look at guitars. Steven, the owner, was super helpful. He asked questions about the type of guitar I was looking for and made some great recommendations. Since I wasn't totally sure on the style I wanted, he offered to let me try one out at home and bring it back if it didn't suit me. He also hooked me up with a great deal on a guitar and amp package. In the end, I decided to exchange the guitar for another that he had available. He totally stood behind his offer to give me the guitar that I'm now using. I'm totally satisfied with the purchase and the excellent service! His co-worker was also really cool to let me hang out when I came back the second time to jam out (using the three chords I know).
