Do not shop here. Horrible customer service and staff do not know what they doing: I have been coming here since this location first opened. Staff has always been great up until the last few months. Staff always seems a bit spacey when you walk in and they not welcoming and they "attempt" to do better purchases of item/loan bc of corporate however the guy in front of me in line had his award plague bought off him but the staff refused to buy any items of value I bring in even tools and computers. In other words, the recent staff don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. Once again I have never had any issue with customer service here until recently. I do not recommend coming here for your place of business.

Pawns are 40 to 60 percent of value and they stay with the times so I always know I am getting the best price. They never are stuck on price if it's the ring that fits and they know it's made for you . I have never been some ware that looked at me as a person and there business and still made me feel like I was family it's crazy cause I look back at the first time I sold them my gold and I was at my lowest point of my life and if it was not for them and there need to be fare prices they pay I would have not been able to survive here in Texas alone and just separated. Because of the atmosphere they showed me the I was going to make it and I have them to thank they just don't know how thankful I am.
