I had a great experience at this pawn shop. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer all my questions and they were very knowledgeable. Fair prices and the store is well organized I would definitely recommend this place and will be back soon.

I honestly don’t know what kind of operation this place is running. I called ahead, explained EXACTLY what I had — a brand-new tool, untouched — and the gentleman on the phone told me to come in so they could take a look at it. So I drove 45 minutes out of my way, all the way from Buckingham to Lehigh, only to walk in and have a completely different employee tell me they "need a receipt" and basically turn me away on the spot. The lack of communication here is unreal. One person tells me yes, come in, we’ll check it out. I show up and suddenly it’s a completely different story. If they can’t keep their own information straight, how are customers supposed to trust anything they say? As someone who works in customer service myself, this was embarrassing to witness. Total waste of my time, gas, and patience. If you’re thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and don’t. There are plenty of places that actually know what they’re doing — and actually communicate.

I'm was very pleased with the service I received and also with the patience they had with me while I was getting my stuff together. People need to learn from this very well trained staff i definitely will be back.
