First Cash Pawn

Entré a vender plata y la señora que me ayudó al principio no era nada habladora ni amigable en absoluto. En segundo lugar, la plata que vine a vender dio positivo en la tienda de préstamos de la calle de enfrente, por lo que eso me hace creer que ella estaba probándola mal y no sabía qué estaba haciendo. Eduquen mejor a sus empleados sobre cómo probar la plata y el servicio al cliente.Went in to sell silver and the lady that helped me first off was not talkative or friendly at all. Second the silver I came in to sell tested positive at the pawnshop down the street so that leads me to believe she was testing it wrong and didn’t know what she was doing. This was the only spot I went to for years until today I will not return they had me wait for almost ten minutes with things obviously in hand to sell just to tell me they can’t do any more sales because they need to close. They close at 6 it was 5:37 when I walked in 5:45 when they told me they couldn’t help me they could have saved me the 8 minutes of standing patient after working all day myself. The disrespectful look was uncalled for I apologized that I’d just gotten off work too. Won’t be back

This pawn shop, is BY FAR, the WORST pawn shop I've ever been in....it doesnt even deserve 1 star.....I'll start with the customer service, which is non existent. They have no knowledge or common sense on how to treat others, let alone a customer. Second, the items they have, look like junk, and everything is over priced. I will NEVER give this store, or this company ANY of my business. They should learn basic people skills. It's not anyone's fault but their own that they didn't graduate high school, or learn how to make something of themselves. Enjoy your minimum wage job!!!👍👏👏👏

Me encanta esta tienda de segunda mano no iré a otra. Excelente servicio al cliente especialmente de Dolores ella siempre es tan útil y tan amable. DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE! Beware if your pawning items that have cords or hdmi cables. They will lose your cords even if its on your reciept. The manager will then offer you a knock off brand cord or hdmi cable then say you are not allowed to do buisness with them anymore. Contacted the BBB and others about this pawn shop. Looking at the reviews i should have known they are a shady buisness. Hopefully something comes from this complaint but my opinion to you all is choose another pawn shop dont risk losing the value on your items because of a lazy pawn shop and manager.
