Este lugar es horrible esa gente no sabe dar un servicio decente hasta descriminada me he sentido se piensan que uno les va a pedir limosna mejor que está gente cierre y se vaya a su casa si no saben tratar al cliente gracias por darme este medio de comunicación para poder aconsejar a la comunidad de la Habra

I have done Business with all the wonderful people working there and have gone for many many years. Never ever had a problem, I feel the complainers are going in with a chip on there shoulder to begin with. All shops have there own rules and if you follow them there will or s*hould never have a problem.... This is a great place to do business, and I want to Wish everyone the Best of New Years in 2019. Hope to see everyone soon... I have bought an sold many treasures over the years and highly recommend this business, many of my friends love it too!

Needed a short term loan on a Microsoft Surface laptop for 4 days. Lady with glasses hit me with "We don't do windows PCs they can be loaded with viruses" which kind of stunned me, I'm used pawns being moderately tech savvy. All PCs, Androids, and iOS devices are equally susceptible to malware/ransomware as they target you through fake downloads, browser extension, misleading pop-up over/under ads, and spam emails. She took my confusion as disrespect and snapped back at me, "Well maybe you should call ahead before you drive out" Jewelry, Instruments, Computers/Cell Phones, Power Tools, and Sports Equipment. In that order. No one has to call a McDonalds ahead of time to ask if they do fries because some locations don't know how deep fryers work. But thanks for the advice, just had to drive a bit further to a better Pawn, you should too.

This place has the best customer service!!! The people that work there are so helpful and kind. Will come back.

I got a great deal on a Gold Ring and they even let me do a few payments on it. Very pleased to do business again!

This is the nicest pawn shop, the owner Andy is humble great smart an helps me out in ways where he don't have to do this nice stuff but he still helps me. The staff is great I consider these people my family thank you Uncle Andy 😁

I'd give them 0 starts. the fat guy asked if we were just asking for prices to waste his time. just because we asked how much some coins were worth. he got rude with us & we just walked out. dont reccomend & never going back.
