I love coming here 😭 i swear I only do business with Derrick, Justin, and Sammy. Natasha and Linda cool too but they're always busy running this place like a boss so I go to the guys. You're in and out no problem here. And if you come pick your stuff back up... they'll treat you right.

Natasha provided outstanding customer service. She was extremely nice, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so friendly and attentive—she truly made the experience a great one. Highly recommend!

So I tried to do a quote online, it said I needed to go in store to get a better quote. Walked in around 5pm on March 7th 2026 with a Yamaha audio receiver, was standing in line when a guy asked if I had the speakers to go with it (Cerwin Vegas XLS-15s floor speakers) I said yes I do. He stated to hold on one sec as he was busy with other customers when a shorter lady with black hair and glasses stated to him that they won’t take them, not sure for what reason, didn’t care to look at my speakers or the receiver to offer a price. So for that I have to give 1 star and don’t recommend going there for anything due to bad customer service 👎🏼

The team went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and their willingness to work with me made all the difference. I left as a very happy and satisfied customer.
