The place smelled awful, and their attitudes were even worse—rude and dismissive. Trust me, do your research before selling or buying here. Irving Super Pawn, by comparison, is leagues ahead in terms of customer service, fairness, and quality. At First Cash Pawn, they’re trained to treat customers as if you have some kind of problem or bad habit. So then there was another silence and she asked if I wanted to sell the bike (WHY ELSE would we be there ?) I said yes and they still just still just stood there . Finally she moved and proved they weren’t manequin a. And asked how much I was selling for so I asked what they’d buy it for . She looked it up and offered $10 bucks . She tried to charge the only 2 I was interested in, after another 5 mins, she Insured me it was in great working condition. I was offered a Warranty but declined it. She told me to let it charge for a few hours and then try it. After doing so, it came on but the camera won’t read any SD cards. After calling back and letting them know, they said I could NOT return it, was stuck with it, and hung on me. I feel I should go up there but would most likely end up in jail. 255.00 down the drain.
