I purchased a TV from this pawnshop that did not work. I was told clearly that I could return it within 24 hours if there was an issue. I returned it within that time. The store took the TV back but refused to refund my money. During the interaction, an employee laughed at me and called me a "scammer," which was humiliating and unprofessional. I was told I could never come back to the store, and I was forced to leave. I also have a layaway that was not past due, yet I was told I would lose that money as well. I have video evidence of this interaction. This was one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had in a business. Be extremely careful when buying electronics here and make sure you get all return policies in writing.

Three of the greatest workers I every dealt with Mrs heather Mrs Ash and Mr Hank the most wonderful people ever always give the best deals and always help me in tough spots looking for the best pawn shop in the state of Indiana it’s this one hands down!

My experience at this location, unfortunately is very sub par, and unpleasant. The guy at the service desk with avery foul nature attempted, with no success 'customerservice', he lacked professionalism or expertise in job whatsoever?! This guy became offended by questioning him about my service. He became even more rude and hand me back my Identification Card. I will never return to this location ever again no thank you.

I give this pawn shop a 5 star, I wish I can give them a 10. The staff is very respectful to their customers. Cheyenne is new and she catches on really quickly. So, to Ash, Heather, Cheyenne and Jesse, I like the work and how y'all treat y'all customers, keep up the good work
