I just paid $258 to get my entire computer back from the pawn shop yesterday on 7/11/2025. This young dude was testing me to see if I would leave anything behind. I wasn't thinking clearly, forgetting to ask for my keyboard back. So I called today 7/12/2025 this morning. They said they couldn't find it. It's clear that this guy had me signed off on the paper work yesterday took the keyboard. He tested me asking "anything else " bringing me each part of the computer separately. It's on the contract. "Desktop, mouse, monitor, and keyboard. Bring the whole thing, not test me with questions. Have me manipulated.

Sold me items that didn’t work tried to go back after a few hours and they wouldn’t accept the return. CHECK YOUR ITEMS IN THE STORE, don’t leave the store without checking your items. With all the other pawnshops around town there’s really no reason to return to a place with no integrity.

Anna has the absolute best customer service skills she is too good for this place. She goes above and beyond to exceed the customer's expectations. The very heavy set white lady i believe is one of the managers is the reason i will never do business at this location ever again very rude very poor people skills terrible customer service skills.

This is the worst place to Pawn after I lost my item I try to get it back, The manager charged me 4 month of interest plus taxes on the interest and then taxes on the full pawn and the total they charge me was $980 for a loan of $500 Of that… Worst place..

So went to this place this morning and encountered Alan Haddock (eyeroll). This guy made my experience here horrible. I will never go back! I never say people should be fired from a job for bad customer service but this guy definitely should be. His people skills are none existent. He is very judgmental and offensive to customers. I was friendly to this man, I’m a respectful woman and I expect to be treated fairly. I really hope management does something about this guys condescending attitude.

Their selection is small for some things because the building isn't big enough. They seldom take in things that are broken are severely weathered. Which is great! Their customer service is good and the manager knows what it takes to build clients. *The hallmark of a good Pawnshop is to give good deals so that clients keep coming back. When you are stingy with giving deals the buyers go elsewhere.* They give the best deals they can based on CAP's deal system. Compared to some other Cash America Pawn locations I would shop here more because its worth the drive. Reviewers Background Note: I and my friends spend thousands at pawnshops yearly.
