The best Pawn Shop in Houston!!! Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and extremely fair. These guy have become like family to me. If you don't like this place, maybe you should check your attitude. If you find a better deal somewhere else, by all means go there. However, you won't.

Never go here that's why it's always empty lol I literally called told someone if they take in a certain item he said yea as soon as I walked in not even 4 steps in some white guy with glasses then told me we are not taking bikes at the moment 🤣 wow please save your time and money guys not worth IT‼️ DEFINITELY "0" STARS‼️ BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️

Hugo is by far amazing and extremely helpful! He assisted me for a few days straight and got me exactly what I wanted. This place has outstanding deals and I am highly satisfied with my gold rope chain. Kudos to Ken and the owner as well for their friendly attitudes! I highly recommend this place. Lots to choose from.

Horrible customer service in this pawn shop. Came in ready to buy, I wanted to buy multiple gold chains to gift my family members. No one came up to me or even acknowledged me. They were too busy on there phone like brain dead toddlers. No welcome, no how can I help you, i was completely ignored. Do not come to this pawn shop. Take your business somewhere else were you will be acknowledged and treated with respect.
