Also, then, instead of calling people above the store manager, they didn’t wanna call the store manager higher-ups because they didn’t want to get her in trouble but here it is they’ve been blowing her up. She’s late from work and she’s not picking up the phone all of her systems are down because an employee from the previous day who is on vacationhas an open ticket and I need her password. She wasn’t there because she was on vacation so somebody has been using her name illegally most likely doing illegal things so that’s why I don’t wanna call nobody else cash America point investigate

Linda is HORRIBLE. Do not I repeat do not visit this store. She WILL lowball you because she wants to buy items herself!!!!

Unprofessional and they don’t work with what you bring in they don’t pay you the right amount when you pawn your stuff

I put a chain on layaway about 4 months ago. The manager Glenda promised me she can lower the price before Christmas due to needing layways for her store. Now I am here to take the chain out and she’s being rude about she don’t remember and not caring at all because obviously it’s my last payment and I need to take it out. Very disappointing.

Pick up the phone and talk to customers instead of picking it up and then hanging it back up!!!
