Beware! If you're not Spanish speaking they will disrespect you and lowball you on items you need for money. Very disrespectful associates that works here. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this location is definitely losing their reputation of excellent service and fine items. I will not be doing business in the near future ever again because of the disrespect. This has happened more than once. I will go where good customer service is shown and given.

I have been living here for some time to shop and do business. Previously there were some young Hispanics who are no longer here. They did a very good job and the service was perfect until today when they hired a new young lady with a very bad character and arrogance. From today, Saturday 02/01/2025, I will not attend this place anymore...

I wanted to browse the jewelry and firearms but the store was wayyy too hot. It must have been north of 85° inside, I couldn't shop there. I definitely couldn't work there.

Very bad customer service, i message saying that i was coming in today to buy a laptop, even game me the address to get there. when i arrived they were selling the laptop i was coming to get. What good is telling them you going to buy something if they just going to dale it anyways. It was a waste of time and effort. I am deeply upset and don't recommend anyone come to this location.

Very unprofessional staff. Evelyn, the young Hispanic girl, was talking with a friend of hers that came in and constantly called him n**ga and was using vulgar language. My kids weren’t in there so I didn’t bother to say anything but it definitely made me uncomfortable and I knew I wouldn’t return.
