This is an awesome place. It’s got a little bit of everything and the prices are everywhere so you can come with just a little bit of money or you can come with a lot of money and be happy when you leave. The thing that impressed me the most here though was the customer service. Scott who has work here for 18 years, help me carry my speakers out to my car that I got and he also appraised a diamond and two baseball cards. I also have an idea of different things I can bring in now like vinyl records, watches, guitars, cool statue, things and all kinds of lawn equipment, which is awesome with tools as well. But I just wanna go back one more time and honor Scott. We all know this whole world is going crazy with artificial intelligence. In my opinion, this is killing customer service across the board because artificial intelligence has a terrible personality. I never trust something that can’t take a joke - that’s AI. 🤖 they call it artificial "intelligence" but it doesn’t seem that smart to me

I had a great experience with the man who was helping us. We were $10 short of $369 ($345 before tax). My girlfriend and I were quietly talking amongst ourselves about if we wanna hold it or come back while he went to get assistance. His supervisor ruined the sale by taking a shopping experience of getting promise rings by "informing" us of gold prices. His manager said he could melt both for $500 and "if we could scrounge up $10". Overall the man who helped us, not his supervisor, gave us very informative information and I wish his supervisor hadn’t ruined the experience for all of us. I’ll continue at Zales. It may have been "mid-quoted, but the negligence to customer care and even simple empathy were not apparent. I had the money. Your employee ruined a good experience by not waiting for an answer and simply assuming I’m not able to pay rather than simple human decency to wait, just assumption.

This is a great place to do business. Scott and his team are very knowledgeable, and super friendly! If your looking to sell, buy or get a loan in Northern Colorado this is the place to go hands down!

This is by far the best pawn shop in greeley and surrounding area. These guys are kind courteous and trustworthy! Always enjoy going to the shop. Great deals and awesome prices. Don't go anywhere else!
