I’ve been to a lot of EZ Pawns in the dfw area and this is gotta be 1 of the worst ones I been to…the workers there really don’t no how to test diamonds or jewelry…Definitely need training….Need new workers asap…1 girl had the nerve to tell me my earrings were cubic zirconia when I went down the street and tested it at another pawnshop for earth mined real diamonds. So I went back next day and this guy that’s going bald at the top tested it talking bout it’s going through the acid making every excuse not to take it and couldn’t even tell me if the diamonds were real…a joke if u ask me…highly recommend go somewhere else!!!

Llegué aquí para vender clubs de golf, esperando completamente salir insatisfecho de alguna manera. No solo el cajero fue super útil y me hizo un trato aunque no quería pero salí con dos clubs de golf que no esperaba salir con. Chicos super amables, definitivamente volvería si tengo algo más que vender.I came here to sell golf clubs, fully expecting to walk out unsatisfied in some way. not only was the clerk super helpful and made a deal even if he didn’t want to but i walked out with two golf clubs I wasn’t expecting to walk out with. Entiendo el modelo de negocio — comprar barato, vender caro — eso es básico en negocios. Pero lo que no entiendo es la falta total de moralidad en este lugar. Fui educado y respetuoso durante mi visita, pero la actitud del gerente de la tienda fue inapropiada y despectiva. Sus palabras exactas fueron, "Aquí está el trato chicos, pueden tomar el trato o ir a Cash America". No hay esfuerzo por negociar, no hay cortesía, solo tomarlo o dejarlo. Es claro que no están interesados en construir relaciones o tratar a los clientes con respeto. Si valoras un buen servicio y un trato justo, te recomiendo llevar tu negocio a otra parte.I understand the business model — buy low, sell high — that’s basic business. But what I don’t understand is the complete lack of morals at this place. I was polite and respectful during my visit, but the store manager’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. His exact words were, "Here’s the deal guys, you can take the deal or go to Cash America." No effort to negotiate, no courtesy, just take it or leave it. It’s clear they’re not interested in building relationships or treating customers with respect.
