A Pawn Shop

Great little mom and pop place. Got an x box with my kids there. Everything worked great and,they gave me a great deal even a free game and headset my kid wanted. Definitely didn't feel like they were trying to pull a fast one one like some other shops in town. Will be going back.

As a former police officer from California and a former business owner, I had the worst experience at this First National Pawn. Simply because I had written them a poor online review. Upon my next visit, 2 staff fellows virtually chased me out of the building. I almost got to the point where I had to use my weapon because one of them actually picked up a rock and stepped towards me while the other one blocked my vehicle. I do suspect they figured out who i was utilizing their pawn records. This very parking lot and buildings are commonly known to be hang outs for both intoxicated persons, drug users and those that pawn stolen goods, all inherent with such businesses. There are safer and cleaner pawn shops where good people are treated well!. Thx for reading.

I am in Alaska and this is the only place I buy my gun accessories and rifles from. they are top-notch!!! Jimmy runs a great business his sister runs a great gun shop his wife is friendly and helpful and anyone who rates this anything other then five stars has no clue.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, trashed out store... it's literally where things go to die. They have hyper tough Walmart tools marked higher that what they cost brand new, and the female owner/manager thinks it's completely appropriate to FaceTime while customers are shopping and asking for assistance. How someone hasn't gotten severely injured there is an absolute miracle. Do NOT give these people your business.
