Me fui con un brazo lleno de juguetes nuevos y obtuve un gran descuento en ellos. Went in today to sale a soundbar and speaker set from Samsung brand used once and put up. Once I brought it inside the store a guy checked it out ( Owner I’m thinking) and told me the base in the speaker wasn’t as loud as it should be I then explained to him that it may be because of the settings it was set on and you were able to change that he immediately caught an attitude and got smart instead of conducting good business. The attitude on this man was something else and the way he looked at me had highly upset . Instead of going off i politely thanked him for his time and walked out but I would never recommend this place 1 out of 10 rating across the board !

Walked into this place looking to loan my Xbox, the guy EDDIE was not welcoming at all. I even flashed him a smile and I still got nothing. The lady at the next register began to check out our product, and he immediately stopped her and declined because it had a small juice stain on the BOTTOM of the system. I offered to clean it and he still gave me attitude and declined. I felt that he was hostile, but I didn’t want to argue with him so I grabbed my Xbox and proceeded to walk out. On the way out, he continued to make unnecessary comments towards me. That’s when I knew he was having a bad day because I was leaving calmly.. so why try to provoke me? You already told me no, so leave it at that as I did. I left this place unsatisfied and confused because I don’t know what I did to trigger EDDIE into treating me like a non valuable customer.
