Him and his team help me understand the process while making me feel valued and respected. I turst his team with my valued items and he provides great market pricing for items pawned. I had such a great experience at The Friendly Paw Shop! I stopped by to purchase a Nespresso coffee machine, and Vlad, along with his staff, went above and beyond.
