Went here today to see if we could sell some of the gold and silver we have had just sitting in a bag since my mother passed away. Alex, at the pawn shop, was extremely polite and friendly. We noticed that his name tag showed that he was a manager there, so he was very busy, helping us and answering questions from employees. He had a fantastic attitude and was very patient and did a fantastic job. He looked at every piece of jewelry we had, gave us a more than fair offer, then finished up our transaction. We have never been here before, and we were very impressed with how clean and well organized everything was We then went next door to the showroom to see about selling some silver ingots and coins and some sterling silver coins. Tria (I think that's the name on the receipt, I didn't notice a name tag) was very helpful, friendly and professional. She looked at our stuff, and gave us an offer that was very fair. No haggling, no games, nothing like that, just a thorough evaluation and a fair offer. The showroom was very clean, well organized and contained all sorts of interesting things. We had to get out before we spent the money we just got. LoL. We had a fantastic experience and would recommend The Fresno Coin Gallery to anyone.

Cannot say enough good about this place. Brought some silver pieces & went in on the Fresno Coin side. I was told I had to go over to pawn shop side. There was a line out the door. The owner Steven immediately came over & looked @ my items. He personally walked me over & to the back of the shop & he & Alex helped me. They both were so courteous & efficient in helping. Alex even offered me a water. I would highly recommend if looking for top notch service & did I mention I walked out with a sizable amount of money. Very happy since customer service is so lacking these days.

Had a wonderful experience @ Fresno Coin.. I was helped by a delightful young woman named Kenya. Kenya was fantastic .. she had a beautiful smile and was eager to help in any way that she could. True customer service with a great smile. I am a first time customer, I will definitely be returning! Hopefully Kenya will still be able to help guide me with future high end purse purchases.
