If you are a repeat customer taking a loan on the same item as before but you don’t want as much money this time they lack the interest rate up more or less forcing you to get the same amount Never have I dealt with a pawn shop that does that. Furthermore if you call to see when you have to pick up your merchandise just know whatever date they tell you that you will pay another months interest. These guys will get you coming and going. Go to to Frederick jewelry and loan on 5813 Buckeystown pike You pay the same interest rate regardless of the amount and if he give you a date thry have to be picked up by past your original due date he only charges the amount on your agreement.

Great place for used tools and much more. Got my self a few die cast collectables. And got a great deal for vr goggles and 2 free movies with my purchase. Will be coming back much more.

I went in to see the value of my chain, they were so honest and very transparent, these guys will not push things or pressure you it’s very amazing service! I ended up with an AMAZING deal in an iPad and keyboard and they even gave me the option to comeback if it had issues which it didn’t and which is why I’m writing this review! Fully trust this shop, super nice, organized, and amazing customer service!

Went inside twice to look at handguns both male managers continued talking among themselves. Never asked if I needed help. A male walked in and immediately was asked if he would like to see a handgun. Hmmm I have all my credentials by the way and could have purchased it. So I say this is discrimination in ALL ways. Will never get my business again here. Bad service towards black females.

Just left this shop, terrible experience, low ball offers on silver collector coins and actually a bit rude with lack of knowledge about coins and currency. In coming up with an offer asst mgr shows me listing on ebay which was clearly a counterfeit coin being sold by scammers in china. I would not deal with them at all, especially with coins, currency or jewelry. And if you want quality go buy elsewhere.

Very nice and professional. Also very understanding and willing to work with you. This was the 1st time I pawned there. I took in a 6 gen. iPad. I pawned it for $100. To get it back I have a pay $120 in 1 month. If I can't pay the total, I can at least pay the $20 to renewing the agreement. I was in and out in like 10 minutes tops. The process is very straight forward. No one seemed to be trying to "get over" on me. I definitely recommend this place if you find yourself in need of some fast cash.
