Servicio terrible. Vendí una cámara y me dijeron que podría comprarla de vuelta con mi tarjeta, después de usar mi tarjeta para pagarla de vuelta, me dijeron que mi tipo de tarjeta no funcionaría pero los fondos ya habían sido retirados de mi cuenta bancaria. Pawned a camera and was told I can buy back on my card, after using my card to pay for it back, they said my type of card would not work but the fund were withdrawn from my bank account. And said I would have to wait 3-5 days to get those funds back but that timeframe over exceeded the pawn date. Rude, nasty attitude, unreliable and unprofessional!! I went to the Cape Coral pkwy location and the couple there was really nice! They are very honest and professional NOT THIS LOCATION!!! Absolutely horrible customer service!! I arrived at 5:50pm on a Wednesday, so I understand if they said," we aren’t taking anymore people!" But they treated me as if I were some type of diseased wild animal. The saw me get out of my car and ran to lock the door. I started knocking but He then turned his back and walked off. I checked my phone and seen it was 5:52pm. The sign said 6 and I’d already been there before so all my information was up to date. I knocked again and pointed to the time but they just ignored me. It’s a no wonder they only have 2 stars, as they aren’t worth any!

I don’t know how they are even open. this place is the worst no custumors service and all they have is old dusty overpriced items I would never ho back or send anyone here for anything or any other Larry’s pawn shop judging by this one there’s some old guy that was yelling at some costumer cussing him out about trying to get a pawn out the worst !!
