If I can give them ZERO stars I would!! I would never pawn anything here again!!! I been a customer over 10 years but I always went to Brooklyn, and they change their business hours it was Quarantine and a whole pandemic. They were supposed to give a break and be a little understanding of the situation. As an insured company they wouldn’t even provide any relief from their high interest rates. The manager is very mean, never again that I would deal with them.

Very knowledgeable staff. I felt comfortable during all the process ( I was a novice 🙂 ). They were honest and fair, overall a 5 stars experience .

Best place to get a loan with your jewelery!! Very reasonable interest rate. I am keep coming back whenever I need some extra cash.

BEWARE, if you lose your ticket, it can easily be brought in with cash and anybody can claim whatever it is you pawned. They don't check ID and they don't have to. Sounds like a scam, right? And they will not tell you what front that anybody that finds your ticket can steal your item. They will tell you not to lose your ticket but they won't tell you why. Now I have. Regarding Julie the manager. Have dealt with them on four occasions with one piece of jewelry. Moved out of state and the manager was very rude, telling me: "You should remember this, you should know that." I told her, you have no idea who I am, what I've been through in the past year, what kind of medical issues I have, why I would not be able to remember something. Is she aware that there's some people that actually have medical conditions that affect their memory? Is she aware that some people actually have stress that affects their memory? VERY important: they have NEVER ever, ever disclosed that those tickets are transferable until this most recent transaction. All of a sudden now they're transferable and it's in the contract? Wouldn't you want to tell someone UP FRONT they lose the ticket anybody can come in and claim their item? I don't care if other people decide to sell their ticket, no one should be able to bring money in and claim an item without a driver's license and thumbprint and if they did sell it that's something that should be in writing between the seller and the purchaser. Nobody should be at risk of having that ticket be stolen or lost and someone else just showing up. What a total scam! As I told Julie, if this had been disclosed to me THE FIRST TIME, not after the transaction on the FOURTH TIME, I never would have done business with them. After knowing my voice, meeting me in person several times and having me on video, and hearing me on the phone, all the sudden it was "I can't give you any information without the ticket number," really? The same ticket number that anybody could walk in with and steal my jewelry? I moved down to Florida to take care of parents in their 90s who are both very ill. It's nonstop stress, four hurricanes in 13 months, so I lost my original ticket in my house that had 4 ft of water, 2 ft of water and 7 ft of water and three different hurricanes. Pardon me. It's very hard to stay orderly when you're THIS stressed out, I should never have to explain myself to such a rude person, who works for ME, I am the customer!!! Maybe I'm just not used to dealing with New Yorkers anymore. Why be so obnoxious to a customer who is given so much money to them? Because you can. Can't get my product out of there quick enough. Also, it's despicable that they do everything based on these ticket numbers that can be sellable, that's not right, the person who comes in to hack something should have the right to not have their ticket number transferable. YOUR jewelry should not be something a thief can claim. Oh, and when I had asked for a letter that I needed to fill out some ridiculous affidavit and whatever else legal nonsense I needed to get to get the stupid ticket, I sent it Priority Mail with tracking and then all the sudden they claim they got it two weeks later which is a gas lighting LIE because I had the information from the post office statting it was received two days later. Doesn't sound like your memory or your organizational skills are top-notch either. Nice try though. It's 2024 and they do nothing via email. Another really antiquated, time consuming waste. Wasn't planning on giving you a bad review, but with this kind of behavior, no thanks. Wouldn't want anybody else to be treated the way I was.
