My Review is for Jessi Shirah beside this business. I have gone here twice and sold a few gold coins. I can’t express how pleased I have been with my experience. Going in I didn’t have a high expectation of any pawn shops but any future business will be here. Mrs. Shirah was very thorough in her validation of my coins and with her knowledge she found out I had been screwed over from a highly respected gold service that I paid a high price for. When I reached out to the company I was told I would have to get validation from a company that could validate the gold b4 I could send in my claim. I told Mrs. Shirah about it and she told me bring those coins back in and she will validate all the info I needed to get my money back. She didn’t have to do that but I have the upmost respect for her to offer that. It was not a small amount that was in question I paid for the gold and for her to offer that to get my money back when she didn’t have to Is why they will always have my business

Always nice people, Jessi and Robert are always helpful. It’s a nice family environment with stock of the best jewelry and firearms in Dothan. They’re worth taking a look. No lowballing, all good businessComentario traducidoVer original

Called to see what percentage of the spot price they pay on silver as I have several hundred ounces to sell. All they said over and over was "the price fluctuates daily so we can't quote a price"... No kidding, who is not aware of that. I emphasized im not interested in a quote over the phone, just what percentage of spot do you pay for .999 silver.... Same answer over and over until they hung up on me. Any reputable business should be able to tell you the percentage they pay on spot. If silver is $80 an ounce today and tomorrow it drops to $50 and ounce you pay the same percentage, it has NOTHING to do with the price of Silver or Gold for that matter. If your selling Silver or Gold I would never go here.
