If you're Hispanic or Latino, if you don't speak English, don't waste your time coming here. The lady is extremely racist. She didn't even give me a chance to speak. She said she couldn't give me 300 for a new Mac. At another pawn shop, they gave me 540. It wasn't a matter of money, it was a matter of racism, which unfortunately still exists in this country. Si eres hispano o latino, si no hablas inglés, no pierdas el tiempo viniendo aquí. La señora es extremadamente racista. Ni siquiera me dio la oportunidad de hablar. Dijo que no podía darme 300 para una Mac nueva. En otra casa de empeño me dieron 540. No era cuestión de dinero, era cuestión de racismo, que lamentablemente aún existe en este país.

What a huge blessing Bob and his family were during our exchange today!! From start to finish, we felt truly cared for. Bob went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and his warm, welcoming attitude made the experience even more special. I wish I caught the last name who assisted me she was super sweet god bless her heart and many more blessing to come to her now the man next to her I am assuming that is her husband he can choke on the teeth he has left I came in to pawn a firearm and she was willing to help me and he barely even looked and said honey we’re not interested and she’s like oh my okay and apologized to the max! I freaking needed the money to pay rent and to get my 1 year old essentials I would never return here and never recommend others and will post this on every community page there is out there to ensure no one visit this place EVER especially if he is still in existence to the business!!

These people will dismiss you immediately if you look a certain way. I have read all the other comments on here and it's really sad. I do believe these people will treat you differently depending on how you look, you can feel the judgment as soon as you walk into this place. This place is not friendly, these people are not welcoming they already have made their mind up on if they are going to help you or not before you even make it to the counter. My husband and I came by here with our kids to see if we could get some money for some extra School supplies. As soon as we walked in, look on this man's face told us everything we needed to know. I don't have a clue how they have five star reviews from anyone.The man was extremely dismissive right off the bat. He gave us the lowest offer on our 1911 and then he refused to even look at the Mossberg. I honestly don't know how these people are still in business and they don't have anything worth anything in that place. If you can go anywhere else please do, this should be a last resort. I've been to other places that will treat you right and care about you, this is not one of those places.

Me and my fiancé had an amazing experience here definitely a place I would recommend to people. Owners are vary sweet we will definitely be going back
