When i pawn my personal computer, they asked me for my passcode and when I refused, they told me I can’t pawn it, but I don’t feel safe, giving them my personal passcode for my computer. I could understand if it’s a work computer, but it’s a personal computer with my Social Security card number and all my information. What should I do? I needed the money so I gave them the passcode because they said ithey wouldn’t pawn it without it. I think I’ll violate my privacy a lot cause I don’t know what they’re doing to the computer. They could easily get in it without me knowing.

Nice store, Went in looking for my stolen tools Guy working was very helpful. Although we did not find my tools. he taught me alot about what i should do. and Ive been to about 10 pawnshops nearby and this was the first one i went too and by far was the most helpful and willing to hear us and help us look for them so Thank you! even other lev shops werent as helpful as this one

Totally awesome, they helped carry my stuff out to my car. Helped me get my wheelchair in my van, totally awesome service. I don't get many people helping me it is awesome when people help.

Greetings, I typically don't do negative reviews however after my unpleasant experience with the manager Andrew I was very taken back. I will never step foot in their establishment again. As I was looking for a gold pendant for my Marine Son my 3 year old touches a guitar that was being displayed. He yells at me "control your son" which the tone was incredibly off, my kids were scared and taken back. The other employee was genuinely kind.

Zero is what I would give it if I could. Was offered $65.00 for video games and boxing gloves. Dude comes back with $50.00 I said , you said $65.00. He said no I didn't. Hummmm.... Phone record anyone. Hello Attorney General.... And he tried to steal my PS controller... Went back and he was plugging it in and ready to put it on sale. Oh ya I forgot to return this to you...

I put a wedding ring in layaway and took me a full yr to get out I gotten cancer and wasn’t able to work. They worked with me and after thirty eight years we remarried and I have my ring. My diamond brought off and they didn’t hesitate to fix it with no charge. Thank you so much I love my ring.
