It's an ok place. They tend to pay less than other local places. To get a good deal u kinda have to be a good haggle. And I'm not that great at it lol.... They do have some high quality guitars for a good price , but then they over charge for something low quality (Like a Fender Squire) for example... Good audio equipment for an ok price... air conditioners, tools and equipment. Just make sure to bargain hard. They can overcharge for some things. But it is definitely worth checking out. Lots of nice jewelry also.

I was did dirty at this place and the lady tried playin me on the price until i had her take another look and she still lowball the hell outta me like I know my silver and gold i know it wouldn't go for a high price but for me too feel like I was basically Tooken advantage of at this place... well it did it for me.... the service was ok the lady who "helped" me didnt explain everything i already knew about silver and gold and about how they test it..... But never again man for the price of the silver and some gold i gave me they could've gave me more!!!.. Other places offer way more but I trusted this place because family and word of mouth told me they would give me a good price but I was poorly mistaken... fool me once shame on me.... I wish I could give a better review but this place sadly I'm never coming back too,

I have always had a great experience at the Queen City money vault location. The whole team has always been very nice and professional. The whole team is always very helpful as well. Always help me out with any questions, and I have never had any problems. My items are always taken good care of when they are pawned, so when I pick up my items everything is clean an taken care of just like when I dropped my items off to be pawned..They just have such a great team at this location, they are so very professional and always make me feel welcomed.. Also, during the Covid epidemic, they have taken every precaution to make sure the employees and the public are safe an following all of the social distancing guidelines All around and above, this location and team are the GREATEST!! Thank you!!
