I get nothing but the upmost respect and fairness every time I shop here. I have gotten birthday gifts for my children. I even bought a bike with an old school bell 🛎️ on it from here. It feels like family when I come in now because everyone knows me by name. If I’m in the market for anything I come here first to see if they have it. Visited this store today from Orlando, FL and the service was absolutely amazing! Lequita(Sales Associate and Jennifer(Manager) helped me save my items that are on layaway. Without these 2 I am certain that I would have lost my items. They went above and beyond to ensure this didn’t happen. They made phone calls to Florida, witching in return calls from Florida and Finally my situation was resolved. I couldn’t let this go unnoticed! Huge shout to these 2. I have been a customer of this establishment for over 20 years and I must say that this is the first time that anyone in this company has provided this type of Stellar service. Sé que esto no es una reseña normal pero creo que vale la pena mencionarlo. Vengo de vez en cuando a mirar anillos de piedras de nacimiento y cada vez que vengo a la tienda de colerain veo a alguien limpiando o ordenando las cosas.
