First Cash Pawn

I buy here from time to time. I have always had good service from the people working here. That said I would buy a lot more often if they would lest some one other than a manager say yes to an offered price. I don't ask sometimes because I'm over hearing "hold on I gotta ask..." Give the employees a little wiggle room. Otherwise it's a decent pawn shop. I can not speak to the pawn side of things but the the sales side is decent.

I had went in to try and get a loan on a console of mine and they had turned me away immediately. Now I do understand that they have the right to refuse anyone service for whatever purpose but I did go to two other pawn shop and they were willing to take this console just for a few bucks. As I walked in they not only looked at me and my wife but wouldn’t acknowledge me at the counter. They told me it was city ordinance that they could not take my device without a receipt. If that was the case why did the other places willingly want to take it? Beats me. I just figured I was racially profiled to be honest with you. They had treated others of non color with more respect and dignity. I’m not happy with their practice. Do better.

I wouldn't recommend this pawn shop to anyone. I pawned a guitar, last month I went in and paid the interest, and they wouldn't let me pay on the principle. They said it's interest or the whole thing. Also, some months back, I put another guitar on layaway, I told them I am retired and paid on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, so I may come in a day or two later than that date. I went in to get it out the next month, two days after their due date, and my guitar was on the shelf for sale. Be very careful doing business here, they have tricks to cheat you.

These are great people to work with. I’ve sold many items to them. Definitely one of the fairest places in town as far as selling your used items. The customer service is amazing. They really do what they can to make you happy. As far as buying goes definitely fair prices. Cheaper than you can find online. Jim is the manager and he definitely runs a good ship! His employees all seem very happy and just as friendly! Thank you guys for everything!

Would not accept legitimate items, because they were brand new in the box, I had purchased for Xmas gifts and ended up not sending them out. I was told by the lady at the front desk that the items were considered stolen, even if they weren't in the database for the police as stolen, furthermore items would have been accepted as not stolen without a receipt had they had been opened and in used condition. I have never heard of this in 10 years of using pawnshops, I am a local business owner and I do not appreciate the interaction at this place. I will not be using this business and I encourage others to go else where, they completely make up stories as they see fit. If an item is new and doesn't haven't a receipt and isn't in the data base for theft why would it be considered stolen? Second over 80% of stuff in this pawn shop didn't have a receipt I bet. I would have just returned the items to the store I purchased from but they went past the return status allowed. I didn't appreciate the comments about theft, especially when I'm known in the community as a professional established business owner. Shame on you! What's the point of a theft data base? And how does opening a box make any difference? Without out a receipt??? Anyways commen sense isn't commen at this business.

This is a great place to do business, remember, this is a secondhand shop, always a good idea to double check your items you buy. I have not had problems here. Mindy, Carmen, Candy and the rest of the crew here always did the best they could to take care of me. Do right by them and they'll do right by you.

So my husband and I were just in trying to sell stuff we don’t need. Well they were not even that busy. From the moment we walked in the vibe was pretty bad! Mitch and the other guy that was working were being completely rude and had an attitude from hell. Their customer service needs some serious work because the way they were talking to us and other customers was not okay! 2/5/19 A very unhappy customer!
